What this website collects

• Server logs. My hosting provider, Cloudflare (USA), records your IP address and the pages you request, for security and operation. Retention period per provider
• No analytics and no advertising cookies. This site sets no tracking cookies.
• Fonts. Fonts are served from this site, not from a third party.

When you book a call or write to me

If you book through the booking page or send an email, I receive your name, your contact details and what you tell me. I use it to answer you and to plan the call. Booking provider: booking tool, company and country.

If you become a coaching client

Coaching involves training files, performance data and, if you choose to share it, health information such as injuries, lab results and heart-rate data. This is sensitive personal data. I process it only with your explicit consent, only to coach you, and I explain the details in a separate data notice and consent form that you sign before we start. Data may be processed by third-party services such as TrainingPeaks, which can store data outside Switzerland, including in the United States. Final list of services, from 02_DATA_NOTICE

Your rights

You can ask what data I hold about you, ask me to correct or delete it, withdraw consent, and ask for a copy in a common format. Write to the address above. You can also contact the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).

Retention

I keep enquiry data for up to 12 months unless we start working together. Client data is kept as long as the coaching lasts and deleted on request afterwards, unless the law requires me to keep it.
